Jeff Mitchell
CEO
Jeff leads a team of industry experts in the field of materials handling and packaging engineering. His product experience and global relationships power the team to deliver world-class solutions for the clients. Jeff’s experience bridges engineering, tooling, and operations.
Jeff has been a leader in the reusable bulk packaging industry since 2000 and the plastics industry since 1992. During his 30+ year career, Jeff has held progressively responsible engineering, design, and operational leadership positions in the U.S., Europe, and China servicing industrial, automotive, military and agricultural industries. He is named on 3 industry related patents and shares that experience working closely with clients and his team on all development applications.
Jeff is a graduate of Louisville University; BS Industrial Engineering and Masters of Industrial Engineering
Todd Turner
Vice President of Design
Todd's Engineering team develops comprehensive Solidworks design and FEA solutions for client white paper ideas or existing product improvements. The team also offers seamless start to finish tooling management solutions for injection, structural foam, or compression molded products.
Todd is an industry expert with over 30 years of bulk packaging design experience, including 36 patents on industry related products. He started his career in molded fiber and expanded foams, but for the last 22 years he has been exclusively designing plastic bulk containers for the materials handling industry. Todd had developed product lines that are molded and sold all over the world across multiple industries including agriculture, industrial, and automotive.
Todd is a graduate of Purdue University; BS Engineering Technology with emphasis on Design
Peter Piccioli
CFO
Peter is an industry expert wearing multiple hats over his 30-year career, leading both financial and sales teams as well as HR and operational functions. Combining his areas of expertise as both a CFO and VP of Sales, Peter has implemented progressive financial models for lease, short-term rental, and sales across multiple industries. He has led teams in the U.S., Latin America, Europe, and Asia, bringing experience from those cultures and industries to all new development programs.

Dan Jakubiak
Vice President of Business Development
Dan Jakubiak is VP of Business Development. His team manages all new business development and insures that every RDG client has an outstanding experience. The Business Development and Engineering teams orchestrate all new product development through design engineering, in-house 3D modeling, and in-house testing facility.
Dan joined RDG after 27 years in the packaging and materials handling industries. Dan is a car guy from Detroit and has worked extensively in Automotive MP&L on both the OEM and supply sides. His career experiences include both expendable and returnable packaging, container and dunnage design engineering, sales, and program management both in the U.S. and Europe.
Dan is graduate of Michigan State University; BA Packaging Engineering and University of Detroit Mercy; MBA
