Concept Development

Prototyping
RDG has full 3d printing capabilities and can print models up to 1800mm x 600mm x 600mm using multiple material types. This capability gives us an advantage when you are ready to show your new containers to customers. Nothing can replace having a full size prototype to explain your sales proposition to customers.
Product Design
RDG uses state of the art CAD software from Solidworks to ensure our designs will meet the stringent requirements of the industry. We use an iterative design process that mixes in FEA with the design stage to ensure technical success of the project.
Product Testing
Our state-of-the-art testing lab is equipped with advanced equipment, including one of the largest compression testers in the market, capable of testing containers up to 100 inches in length. Committed to excellence, RDG conducts impact testing, compression testing, stack testing, and drop testing to rigorous AIAG and ASTM standards.
